How fast will I receive my key?
Keys are delivered automatically as soon as your payment is confirmed — usually within 1–2 minutes. The key appears in your account under My Orders and My Licence Keys, and is also emailed to you. If a product is momentarily out of stock, your key is delivered automatically the moment stock is added (normally within a few hours).
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), debit and credit cards, net-banking and wallets through our secure payment partners. International customers can pay with PayPal where enabled. We never see or store your card details.
Do I need to create an account?
Yes — a free account keeps your purchase history, licence keys and downloads in one place so you never lose them. You can sign up in a few seconds at checkout.
I paid but did not receive my key. What should I do?
First check My Orders in your account and your email spam folder. If the order shows "Paid – keys pending", your key will be delivered automatically shortly. If the payment was deducted but the order still shows "Awaiting payment" after 30 minutes, open a support ticket with your order number — you will get either your key or a full refund.
Is it a one-time payment?
Products marked "Lifetime" are a one-time purchase with no subscription. Antivirus, VPN and Microsoft 365 products are valid for the period shown on the product (for example 1 year).
Do I get an invoice?
Yes. Every paid order has an invoice you can download or print from My Orders → your order → Invoice. The link is also in your order confirmation email.
Can I buy without creating an account?
Yes — choose “Continue as guest” at checkout. We create an account for you automatically so your keys and invoices are saved, and email you a link to set a password.
What is the wallet and how does cashback work?
Every delivered order earns cashback in your wallet, and you also earn credit when a friend you refer makes their first purchase. At checkout, tick “Use wallet balance” to pay with it. See Account → Wallet & referrals.
Where do I download the software?
Each product page has a Download tab with official download links from the software publisher. After purchase the same links are under Account → Downloads.
How do I activate Windows with my product key?
Open Settings → System → Activation → Change product key, paste your 25-character key and click Activate while connected to the internet. Our Installation Guide page has step-by-step instructions with screenshots.
How do I activate Microsoft Office?
Uninstall any trial version first, install Office using the link on the Download tab, open Word, then go to File → Account → Change product key and paste your key. Retail keys can also be redeemed at setup.office.com.
My key says "can't be used to activate". What do I do?
Make sure the installed edition matches your key — for example a Windows Pro key only works on Windows Pro, not Home. You can switch edition by entering the key in Settings → Activation. Still stuck? Open a support ticket with your order number and a screenshot of the error and we will fix it or replace the key.
Can I use one key on more than one PC?
Each key works on the number of devices shown on the product (usually 1 PC). For several PCs, simply increase the quantity at checkout — you get one key per PC.
Will the key work after I reinstall Windows or Office?
Yes. Lifetime keys can be used again on the same PC after a reinstall. If you change major hardware such as the motherboard, you may need to reactivate — our support team can help.
Windows 10 support has ended — should I still buy Windows 10?
Microsoft ended Windows 10 support on 14 October 2025, so it no longer gets free security updates. If your PC supports Windows 11, choose Windows 11. Our Windows 10 keys can also activate Windows 11 of the same edition on supported hardware.
Can I upgrade Windows 10 to Windows 11 with my key?
Yes. Windows 10 keys can activate Windows 11 of the same edition (Home → Home, Pro → Pro) on PCs that meet Microsoft's Windows 11 hardware requirements.
What is the difference between Windows 11 Home and Pro?
Windows 11 Pro adds business features such as BitLocker encryption, Remote Desktop, Hyper-V and Group Policy. For home use and gaming, Home is enough; for work, security and remote access, choose Pro.
Office 2021 vs Microsoft 365 — which should I buy?
Office 2021 / 2024 is a one-time purchase for one PC with the classic apps. Microsoft 365 is a yearly plan that always has the latest features, works on up to 5 devices and includes 1 TB OneDrive storage.
Are your product keys genuine?
Every key is covered by our activation guarantee: if a key does not activate and we cannot fix it, we replace it or refund you in full.
What is your refund policy?
If a key does not work and our support team cannot resolve it, you get a replacement key or a full refund. Contact us within 7 days of purchase. Full details are on our Refund Policy page.
How do I get support?
Use the chat assistant at the bottom-right of any page for instant answers, open a support ticket from your account or the Contact page, or message us on WhatsApp. You can follow every ticket reply in your dashboard and by email.
