Licence keys are digital products delivered electronically, so they cannot be physically returned. We still stand behind every key we sell.
Replacement or refund
- If your key does not activate, contact us within 7 days of purchase with your order number and a screenshot of the error, using a support ticket, the chat assistant, WhatsApp or email.
- Our team will first help you activate (many errors are caused by an edition mismatch, e.g. a Pro key on a Home installation).
- If activation is still not possible, we send a replacement key or issue a full refund.
- Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 5โ7 business days.
Cancellation
- Unpaid orders are cancelled automatically after 48 hours.
- A paid order can be cancelled for a full refund if the key has not yet been delivered or revealed.
Not eligible for refund
- Keys that have already been activated successfully
- Buying the wrong product or edition by mistake after the key has been used
- Hardware or compatibility problems not caused by the key (please check system requirements before buying)
Undelivered orders
If your payment succeeded but no key was delivered within 24 hours, you are entitled to a full refund on request.
