These terms govern your use of KeyForPC, operated by Swastik Enterprises, India. By placing an order you agree to them.
1. Products and licences
We sell licence keys for software published by third parties. Software use is subject to the publisher's own licence terms. Each key is for the number of devices and the period stated on the product page. Keys are for your own use and may not be resold or redistributed.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (โน) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. An order is confirmed only after payment is successfully received. We may correct obvious pricing errors and will refund any affected order in full.
3. Delivery
Delivery is digital, as described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
4. Refunds
Refunds and replacements are handled as described in our Refund Policy.
5. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password secure. We may suspend accounts involved in fraud, chargeback abuse or misuse of the site.
6. Trademarks
Microsoft, Windows, Office and other product names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners. KeyForPC is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by them.
7. Limitation of liability
Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for data loss or indirect damages arising from software installation.
8. Grievances and governing law
Complaints can be sent to our Grievance Officer, Mukesh Singh, at support@keyforpc.com. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
